Heat Bonded Technology

The Jobe Leona 10'6 is equipped with the ultra modern Heat Bonding technology. Unlike other methods of high-end brands, Jobe opts for a high density of nylon threads on the inside, which are fused to a PVC-coated base cloth. This is also called the pre-laminated heat bonding technology.

The drop stitch on the inside of the board is laminated using controlled heat. This is done by means of a machine to prevent human errors and to maintain the highest quality.

These heat-bonded techniques result in amazing results, saving almost 2 kg in weight compared to traditional double-layer application methods.
